Wonderful car shopping experience at 1886 Automotive. Stephanie could not have been more helpful, available, and knowledgeable about the 2019 Hyundai Tucson I purchased. Being my first car shopping experience, she was very thorough and fair in explaining everything to me. The vehicle was in the exact shape as they described online, drove great, and looked even better. They even washed it for me as soon as I arrived to do my paperwork. These are fair and honest folk looking to help drivers find a vehicle they love and I very much appreciate their time and effort.

HONEST, upfront, professional, friendly, low-pressure, accommodating, and responsive communicators.In my vast experience of vehicle purchasing over the years, these are not traits that typically come from those in the auto sales industry. Not so with 1886 Automotive! Stephanie and Matt were consummate professionals and worked with me to efficiently dispel my fears associated with purchasing a vehicle.For example, I wanted my mechanic to look it over prior to purchase, and not only did they cover the cost of a pre-inspection, they threw in an oil change and a tank of gas. Then, when the inspection uncovered that the tire sensors needed replacing, 1886 had the work completed (and they paid for it) PRIOR TO A SIGNED AGREEMENT. Come again...?!? Any other dealer would have forced me to sign the "as is" statement and hung me out to dry!When I first arrived and noticed "In God We Trust" on their front door, I decided to take a chance on them. I was delighted to see them live up to our national motto in a beautiful way. Thank you, Stephanie and Matt, for your work on my behalf, and may your business thrive for years to come! I certainly will be suggesting you to anyone whom I hear is in the market to buy a vehicle as their much-needed first stop shop! :-)

I just bought a vehicle from 1886 and I live in a different state. It hasn't even been picked up by the transport company yet, I just wanted to say how great Steph was. She's quick to respond and made the entire process super easy. In shopping around for this particular vehicle, there were many choices; some cheaper, but for whatever reason I was drawn to the one I saw at 1886, but after talking to Steph, I can rest assured because I'm confident I made the right choice. If you're reading this, I'm confident you will to. If you're in the market for a nice vehicle, give 1886 a try; you won't regret it.

Bought a car here a couple days ago. Stephanie and Matt were super helpful and had me in and out super quick. They explained everything very thoroughly, and never pressured me into making any decisions. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable car and a positive buying experience!
